This was the best experience I've had at any Krystals restaurant. The lady was very courteous and patient even though we had a large order and everything was prepared correctly.
Food is good if you like Krystals. Service is lacking especially if they are busy. They've had a sign on their drink refill station that reads "temporarily closed.". It's been that way for over a year. If they are busy, you are much better off going through the drive thru. Apparently, they put a priority on that versus people standing in the restaurant. Why no 1 can answer the question I keep asking why I buy food. The display says 2 for 4.99 biscuits but every time I cash out it's 6.83 . Please don't say because that's the online price because the display is inside the restaurant and says nothing about online. I come there 3 times a week for who knows how long . Some one owes me a major refund of Krystal food card cause being robbed with my eyes open is crazy
