“How would one recognize an excellent restaurant? One sure way is from the patrons’ eagerness to return! This week, our office staff ordered lunch from HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern four days in a row! I ordered the same thing each day (Mother Nature Bowl with Salmon); others were more adventurous, but we all enjoyed our meals! At HOBNOB Tavern, there’s definitely something for everyone! “We took our grandson here for the Liberty Meal, which shockingly appeared nowhere on the signage or kiosk ordering station. A nearby employee knew nothing of it so we just ordered the equivalent from the menu. During our meal, Destiny, the manager, approached us and we asked about the Liberty Meal and if she could adjust the pricing of our meals. Although this was not a straightforward task due to their payment system, Destiny made it happen and even provided a small Patriot Shake for our grandson. It was not clear to us how a nationwide ad campaign does not show up on the only available way to order (kiosk), but the food was excellent, the restaurant was clean and the service from Destiny was kind and caring.“

“I work for a local HVAC company and we do their AC work. Everytime I've been here the kitchen is spotless. (Alot of places I've been in I won't eat there due to how bad the kitchen is.) The managers and staff are very friendly. They have the best burgers with great healthy options as sides. They cook your order to your preference, I am completely comfortable ordering a Rare or Med-Rare burger from here. They are a exemplary example of great dining.“

“My experience at Steak ‘n Shake was a normal one. I walked in, placed my order, and the service was pretty standard—not overly friendly, but not rude either. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and it was exactly what I expected.

The burger was decent—nothing gourmet, but it hit the spot for a quick bite. The fries were hot and crispy, and the shake was thick and flavorful, which is always a highlight there. The dining area was relatively clean, though it could’ve used a quick wipe-down in some spots.

All in all, it was a typical fast-casual dining experience. If you’re craving something simple and familiar without any frills, Steak ‘n Shake gets the job done.“

I returned back to my this location, and customer service was great, Joshua the manager approach me with the most pleasant and outstanding attitude made sure I was ok and apologize for the previous event that had happened He blended in as a teamplayer, you can tell he is naturally that way i didn't know he was the manager that's how well he make sure everyone in the restaurant was taken care of. My server Amya, was amazing very attentive, polite, helpful when deciding what I wanted because I was trying something different. Her customer service was unmatched. These two make a great team. Things were made right, and I greatly appreciate it.“

“I work in the office, less than a mile from this location in Newnan, once a week. I always make sure it's on Whopper Wednesday. Today I arrived to pick up my order only to realize that I placed the order for the other Newnan location. After trying to cancel or change it in the app, David behind the counter asked me what I had, and made it for me anyway. I think that was great customer service, and I appreciate it!“

She was absolutely one of the nicest and kindest people I have ever encountered in any drive- thru! She was smiling, friendly, and very kind! The cinnamon biscuits were hot and delicious as well! I will definitely be back and hope to see Shaquilla's smiling face next time at well!“

“🚨 Public Service Announcement Yesterday afternoon, I decided to have lunch at one of my favorite restaurants in Union City — Dairy Queen Grille & Chill (6627 Roosevelt Hwy). Those who know me know I’m a stickler for excellent customer service, so when I witness something unacceptable, I speak up. While waiting in line, a middle-aged woman in a manual wheelchair was ahead of me. Sadly, what I witnessed next was nothing short of disturbing. The cashier on duty was rude, dismissive, and downright nasty to this woman. It was clear the guest was a regular, yet the cashier showed her no respect or compassion. Out loud, in front of everyone, the cashier scolded her, saying, “I need you to get your **** together.” Let’s be clear — as a cashier or any customer service professional, it is never your place to demean or publicly embarrass a customer, especially one with physical challenges. When it was my turn to order, the same cashier was just as rude to me. She incorrectly assumed I wanted three #5 meals, and when I corrected her and asked if my meal came with a drink, her attitude grew worse. She slammed a cup, lid, and straw onto the counter in frustration — completely unprofessional behavior. My inner voice told me, “Don’t do it, Kirk. Let it go.” But I couldn’t ignore what I had just seen. When the lady in the wheelchair received her order, it broke my heart to watch her struggle to balance her bag of food on her lap while maneuvering her chair toward the door. I immediately offered to help, and she graciously accepted. Meanwhile, the cashier stood behind the counter, watching and smirking, making no attempt to assist this customer. That was the last straw for me. I sat down and completed the Fan Feedback Survey right then and there, hoping it reached the appropriate management. I made it clear that this cashier needs retraining or reassignment to a position that doesn’t involve direct customer interaction. Her behavior is a blemish on this franchise — and absolutely does not reflect Dairy Queen’s brand values. This location has a wall dedicated to children’s health centers, including what appears to be a photo of a child in a wheelchair. The irony is heartbreaking. As much as I love Dairy Queen’s food and appreciate how clean this location is, I refuse to support any establishment that allows its employees to mistreat customers — especially those with physical challenges. “We took the kids for an ice cream after our flag football game last night. Pleasantly surprised in the quality and cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the house side was very clean. The orders were out quickly and everyone enjoyed their food. I'd highly recommend this DQ if you're in the Newnan area.“
