“We got 2 pizzas and pasta with meat sauce for the kids, they hated it. Didn't even eat it. Husbands shrimp fettuccine was bland and at almost $30 the plate. I had the parm chucken and pasta, it was overpowered with Marana sauce. And pasta was not pasta to me. It was angel hair pasta BUT had the consistency of Chinese noodles. It had odd taste. I didn't eat but 10% of my food. Kids didn't touch theirs and it was over $107. The waitress was just lovely and sweet. Atmosphere was great. But for me, it wasn't good at all. Wish their lemonade were real lemonade but it wasnt. Food was a no for me. Sorry. On to the next restaurant for food critics.Parking: Its in gas station plaza. “We just tried China Queen for takeout food for the first time. It is a no thrills Chinese take out place and the food is excellent. No MSG and all your classic (US) Chinese dishes are there. We picked up steamed shrimp and broccoli, teriyaki chicken with fried rice and a kids menu with shrimp. Everything was fresh and tasty, prices are good too. “Today was a delightful day for me, I usually do have some complaints at times. I must say Today was an unexpected afternoon. One of the managers was really sweet. I went in to place my order, I didn't have enough cash for my order, which was a Big Mac meal and a happy meal. She was on her way out, because she was off. Both were great so if you are looking for a little healthier option, don’t be afraid to go for the black bean burger. The side of brussel sprouts was really good, recommend that as your side too. Great seasonings and flavor.Our server was quite busy as we came in right at the lunch rush, but she was timely, amazing, and polite handling both the bar and some tables.Overall a great lunch.”

“Reservations are recommended although we were able to get a table for 2 and waited for about 20 minutes. The restaurant is very nice and has good vibes. Wine and drink selections are very good. The service was great and attentive with lots of support. The highlight was the food. It was very well seasoned and prepared with care. The food was also cooked to perfection. Make sure to try the kafta and lamb. Nothing was under OR over cooked. He even woke up at 1am last night and mentioned the steak! Ha Ha! “I found this place while researching where to get a good Ruben sandwich. I was NOT disappointed! All of the food was amazing and beautifully presented. You can tell they really care about the food they are serving. This place should be on diners, drive ins, and dives (if that show is still running.) From the renovated gas station digs, kitschy decor, ample patio seating and open air pub vibes, it’s one to beat. I will 100% return to try more of their menu offerings.”

“This place is pretty good. I would go back at some point. I ordered the number 10. The shrimp were slightly overcooked and stuck to the shell. The crab legs may have been overcooked as well, I'm not sure, but the meat was very small inside the crab legs. The flavor was there, though, and delicious. There was plenty of food, and i was full. The potatoes were my favorite and were perfect. I liked the eggs a lot, too! The only thing i couldn't finish was the sausage. I was stuffed. The server was great and so sweet. She was the kindest girl with a heart on her cheek. It took 10 minutes to be seated. They were out of sweet tea, and i ordered a water instead.”

“I’m in town on business and dropped in for an iced dirty chai latte. I’ve ordered that at dozens of independent coffee shops all over the US, in big cities and small towns…and the one at Foxtail is BY FAR the best-balanced iced dirty chai I’ve ever had. My order is tricky because I order with only one shot of espresso and nonfat milk…and as a result, a lot of places give me a super watery tepid drink or an overpowering spice-and-espresso bomb with a tiny bit of milk. But Foxtail nailed it: it was flavorful, a perfect balance of spicy and sweet, I could taste the espresso but it wasn’t overpowering, and it had an ideal amount of ice to keep it cold without watering it down. Made by a barista who knows their craft. It was so good that I’m waking up early to get another one. The shop vibe was lovely, the restroom was clean and well ventilated, power outlets everywhere and good spaces for studying and working with strong WiFi.
