Georgia was a wonderful waitress and we loved our meal at Franks. Excellent food and home made. Love when I come here.
Had a reservation. still took 30 minutes to be sat while a party of 14 with a later reservation was sat before us. waitress only said sorry I'm backed up with tables and walked away. didn't see her for 20 minutes. so another server took over. she was amazing. but for.us to go through the efforts of doing exactly what they asked and still not sat. hostess is bussing tables instead of being able to do her job properly. reservation was at 7:15. Sat at 7:50. it's 8:37 and still waiting...read full review
Terrible in every way, food wasn’t that great. Manager and workers were super rude. And we waited over an hour to pick up food that was ordered the day before. And was there a sorry? No, but apparently that’s our fault for not being sympathetic
