This is the best BBQ in Haralson County. The Brunswick stew is incredible, the BBQ is great, and even their fried chicken fingers are good. The staff is very friendly, and the owner is almost always present and so kind! Honestly, the food is so good that even if he was a jerk like the soup nazi I would still come back, but thankfully that isn't the case. Great food, great service, and cool ambiance in an old service station with photos showing Tallapoosa from long ago.
Owens BBQ is nothing short of a hidden gem! The food was amazing. The burgers were hand pattied and cooked fresh! Also, the desserts were to die for.There were only two girls running the whole restaurant and they were killing it! So friendly, accommodating, and our food was done so quick. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best barbecue in Georgia. The people are so friendly and sweet. The prices are extremely reasonable. You get about twice as much food for the price as you would at other places. The smell of the meat cooking is delicious even if you are just driving by. I very highly recommend giving them a chance to make you smile.
