We order a huge order every morning from our place of business. Normally they get everything right and do very well with customer service .Although the past two days they have messed up our orders and has been very rude . Yesterday was not given my hash browns and messed up two sandwiches .today they missed a whole sandwich and gave me a steak egg and cheese biscuit when it was ordered on toast . She told me to wait till she was done speaking when I was just trying to show the list I read off word for word to her . It also took a hour to get my order when I was there first . I find it very impolite and rude . Considering Monday through Friday we come in and order about $80.00 worth of food a day. The cook pulled his phone out multiple times texting and the blonde lady in the front of was the one who is very disrespectful. I thought the company should know that people are treating customers this way /not taking work seriously.Thank you very much !!

The Fried Chicken Sandwich here gave me food poisoning not just once but twice. I will never eat there or that again, the chicken was undercooked and they obviously don't check the temp of the food. the customer service is also terrible, they never say have a good day and always have an attitude. They need to find a good GM before they shut down, or they need to be shut down.

I tried this place twice , first time the tenders weren’t cooked all the way , and the fries were not the best either because of the season salt they use .Tried it again today , I got the burger where it was drenched in sauce(like most fast food) , I also asked for no salt on the fries . They tried to re dip the fries in the oil and give them to me , I came back around to let them know they were still seasoned . The lady with the dark hair taking orders tried to argue having an attitude , and then brought another fresh one out which did not have season salt , but still tried to make a comment saying “no salt again”Take your time and do it right the first time you wouldn’t have to redo it .I wouldn’t recommend . I gave them 2 tries , did not like either time .I’ve worked fast food , I understand it can be a struggle , but still . No excuse to try to lie and be rude .

Ordered the online tailgate deal + 3 ice creams. 2 in cups (for young chilsren who would make messes in a cone) 1 in a cone.They reversed the cone order with the cup order (different flavors) & when I told them they said "we did what the order said. We can't redo it." I REchecked my app. It said it the way I ORDERED it (which is the way they were refusing) finally they tipped the cone over into a cup & called it "fixed". This wouldn't have been a huge deal if they didn't basically call me a liar and have a VERY present attitude doing it. We ordered 4 burgers, no pickles, no onions. 1 was correct. We ordered 12 "fingers" 3 of them were no bigger than my 4 yr olds thumb. Possibly mixed with the nuggets? No clue. The "food" isn't even the biggest problem. The attitude over THEIR ice cream mix up was ridiculous though. The drinks were perfect. Fries were good, also. They remembered the sauce. And the time was great. The attitudes just need an adjustment.
