Man service was fast but both folks I meet was rude, they was rude to drive thru customers too. food burger was super hot, thinking it was microwaved, fries seems fresh. In side looks old and unclean. Unsure why but has I sat and ate folks would come in, go I the bathroom hall (could see if they went in or not) then after a few walk right back out, no one ever ordered any thing. I was just trying to find somewhere to eat while I traveled, I now next time I come through don't stop here

Went through the drivethru and the service was great. Lots of negative reviews say that the staff doesn’t speak English which is wrong, their English is perfectly fine, so if you listen and speak clearly there shouldn’t be an issue. My food was fresh and it came out quick. I would say a majority of the negative comments are irrelevant, because this location is solid.Parking: There’s not many spots so it’s better to go through the drivethru

First of all Customer service was great. They were so friendly I ordered chk strips, fries, bacon cheese burger, and chz curds. Food was warm and amazing. I had a great experience with this DQ. I would like to come back with my family very soon.
Food was gross two Indian dudes can’t speak English or listen very well. Wrong order every time I come here.

The ranch was rancid. The service was unfriendly and there was a limit on free refills. Eat elsewhere. This is not a well run establishment.

I hate that I’m leaving a review for a fast food restaurant, but here we are. The food was TERRIBLE. It was really, really bad. In no way does this location meet even a single DQ standard. I’m not as bothered by the unfriendly staff as I am the fact that the food was rancid. The burger was not the same as I have had at every other DQ I’ve ever been to. They appear to be cutting corners and using an inferior product. Condiments were sticky and likely expired. Same with the pickles. And the bun had a very strange smell. The banana split blizzard looked like it had green apples on the top. Those green apples were actually spoiled pineapple chunks. I had the audacity to ask them to make a new one without pineapple. (They did, after a brief discussion about who had put the bad pineapple out). The replacement was given very little effort and still had a bit of a weird taste. What was concerning at this point was that no one removed the container with the bad pineapple in it, so I assume that I’m not the only one it was served to. The reviewer who called the health department on them was right to do so. There’s no way they followed up, though. Having read other reviews, where is DQ Corporate in all of this? Yes, it’s that bad. Clearly it’s that bad. Look at all of the “we’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your visit” responses. They should be embarrassed and ashamed for allowing this to continue. And please, DQ Fan Support, don’t reply that you hope I will give them another chance. There is ZERO chance that I will ever darken the door of this location ever again. Give them another opportunity to serve me spoiled food? I don’t think so.

The fries were perfect and the burger brought back memories of family cookouts when I was younger. It was hot, juicy, and had a thick slice of onion on it.

$7 meal deal was $8, and the fries were so limp they were like worms. The chicken wasn't 'quite' cooked long enough (the breading was sorta crispy but mostly chewy). Think I'll find somewhere else to go spend my money for a 'deal'.
