One man before us inside, no other customers besides using restaurant...took our order, a man and woman came in 10 minutes later and got their order before we did...stood waiting and watched 2 vehicles in drive thru have to pull up and wait for them to bring out their food ... we waited about 20 minutes for a crispy chicken wrap and a chicken club sandwich...2 girls for drive thru and front counter, only saw 2 people in the back...the customers that came in 10 minutes after us...read full review

Our food was good and hot and the order was prepared correctly. The only issue was I felt the prep time on our order was a little slow for the number of customers inside and in the drive thru.

Typical Arby's. Drive thru was fast band they were got my order right. The Buffalo chicken sandwich is a little sloppy so I won't be ordering tat again if I'm gonna eat it while
