I love the veggie egg rolls. The prize is great. You get two in that order.So what's not to love about that yum yum
I had an issue last night that left me very upset and resulted in me leaving a complaint on the website. Not only did the General Manager call me to resolve the issue, he offered a replacement meal for the problems experienced. Jaelyn (I apologize for misspelling his name) and Caesar both took care of my problem and validated my perspective on the experience. This is how customer service should be, and I appreciate their understanding in the matter.
