“This is by far the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever experienced! I have come here multiple times and the salad is always perfect and the toast just right. I go to a lot of Zaxby’s as I travel throughout Georgia every day for work and there is not one that beats this location. I almost stopped going to Zaxby’s because no matter the location, the salad was becoming mostly white and no green. I have yet to experience that here. I also get the fries without seasoning and instead of throwing my fries back in the grease and burning them, they make them fresh without me having to ask. The staff is also always friendly and efficient. Keep it up and thank you for being great! Other locations can learn so much from you!“

“Called in the order two pizza and when I received my order everyone there there was so polite. After taken my food home to my family they was extremely happy and said that was the pizza they have had in a long time so was pepperoni pizza and the other everything on with anchovies and when I say they didn’t miss nothing lol. I actually came twice in one day because it was just that good. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and it was really nice to see the owner checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly and that everyone felt respected and taken care of. I had one slice of cheese and one slice of Hawaiian.
The slices are gigantic - and very tasty.
I enjoyed the thin crust with a tasty sauce and not-too greasy cheese.
The Hawaiian was very tasty - if you’re one of the cool kids that enjoys pineapple on a pizza! :)

“I really enjoy eating at this cafe. Their food is amazing specially their Club sandwich and Philly Cheese Steak! I also love their salad bar, it is super fresh and they offer different types of salads every day. The atmosphere is also super cozy and the staff is very kind and engaging.“

“Came in with my wife on Wednesday evening for a quick drink and some appetizers and left feeling a little disappointed. Our bartender (bright pink hair you can’t miss her) was frequently on her phone or at the other end of the bar talking with a male staff member. My wife remarked saying that our bartender was “too busy flirting” to take our orders. Would’ve stayed for a couple rounds if wait staff had been more attentive. It appeared they only had one girl serving all the tables and she was gracious enough to help us out a couple times. Forgot to grab her name. Food was great as always, very sweet server, but it was probably just an off day for our pink haired bar tender :/ We will still be back since every other visit we’ve had has been excellent.“

They make the process super easy, I love that I can create a group order and send to my team and everyone can get exactly what they want, it all comes boxed up and labeled with each person's order so it's easy for me to distribute and the good is delicious. “This Zaxbys is worthy of attention. I’ve lived in Smyrna for 5 years and this Zaxbys always hits. The food is excellent, what you would expect from a Zaxbys, nothing abnormal. But the speed and friendliness of the staff is unmatched. The “Chick Fil a” of non Chick Fil A places. I believe a guy named Paul has some sort of authoritative role here and needs to be recognized by the city of Smyrna.“

Good pizza with lots of options for gluten free too. Always pretty consistent, just the staff is a bit clustered typically, if you can get beyond that, you’ll enjoy it!

“I have a been here twice. The first time I went. I was skeptical because no one was there and it looked like it was not open. Need a little touch up and cleaning but the customer service is awesome and my food was great. First time I order I got 10 piece wings. Second time I got fish and fries. The fish was a little salty before. Said it was fried right I will go back. Check it out for yourself.“

“This is by far my favorite of all times chik fil a. The staff is always super polite, attentive, and awesome sense of humor. They all know the menus well and they take care of you. I was around the building and I saw the young lady bring 3 cars their food including me. When the car at the window pulled off, 4 other cars kept rolling to the exit. I was car #4. They don't play around there. Plus it was busy. Keep doing what y'all do. I can head home from the east side or south side but I will wait until I get on this side to eat.“
