“This is by far the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever experienced! I have come here multiple times and the salad is always perfect and the toast just right. I go to a lot of Zaxby’s as I travel throughout Georgia every day for work and there is not one that beats this location. I almost stopped going to Zaxby’s because no matter the location, the salad was becoming mostly white and no green. I have yet to experience that here. I also get the fries without seasoning and instead of throwing my fries back in the grease and burning them, they make them fresh without me having to ask. The staff is also always friendly and efficient. Keep it up and thank you for being great! Other locations can learn so much from you!“

“The food was pretty good except the canned mushrooms were gross. They are squishy and rubbery. Don’t order the mushrooms. The pizza bowl is pretty good and generous but the mushrooms had to be removed. I didn’t take a pic of the pizza bowl.“

I actually came twice in one day because it was just that good. I got in touch with Pokeworks Corporate and they were deeply apologetic about the experience. I really appreciated that. They also offered me a credit for the meal which is what I’d hoped the manager would have considered.

For these reasons, I’m updating this to five stars across the board. I appreciate when a company truly follows through on making things right.

If you’re ordering anything with shrimp and upon physical visual inspection, you realize that the shrimp sticks to the tongs or is unusually mushy? Do yourself a favor and order something different.

Ruined my evening with bad shrimp and even worse customer service.

When the associate was putting the shrimp in the bowl, I noticed how unusually mushy and sticky it was. Her response to me was “oh, I grabbed it too hard. That’s why.“

Cue me 10 minutes later, biting into what I thought was regular shrimp and spitting it out right after. It was watery, mushy and had no flavor.
I was genuinely concerned that the shrimp was not safe to eat.

So I made my way back to the store to let them know. I asked for a refund because I did not trust them remaking my meal with whatever shrimp they currently have that day.

The associate I spoke to texted the manager, and her response was “the issue has been acknowledged, but because you walked out with your food, there is no refund and no remake.”

You acknowledge that your shrimp is not in good condition, but you’re not going to make it right and I’m out of money and out of dinner.“

“My first visit to Solar Slice.
I had one slice of cheese and one slice of Hawaiian.
The slices are gigantic - and very tasty.
I enjoyed the thin crust with a tasty sauce and not-too greasy cheese.
The Hawaiian was very tasty - if you’re one of the cool kids that enjoys pineapple on a pizza! :)
I look forward to going back and trying more menu options, possibly the calzone.“

“I am going to give the restaurant a 5-star because of its awesome manager - Carl and the other waiters - with the exception of Elly or Ely. That bartender Elly or Ely is one of the rudest bartender I have ever came across. She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills! She will cost this restaurant a lot of customers thus money. I am not going to spend my money where a bartender with no customer service skills do serve. “I have never been here before, came for a birthday party about a week ago. The atmosphere was chill, our group sat at the bar. The first waitress was super nice, she apologized that she wasn't here to stay, just covering for the moment. We ordered the first round thru her. She was very cordial, wished my friend a happy birthday and politely bowed out. The next girl was also super chill and cordial. I ordered the beignets and a cocktail with whiskey. I will say the menu prices were all over the place, some looked like a good value and other items were severely priced gouged. The drink was delicious, really hit the spot. The beignets, you only get three, but two dipping sauce cups. Although, I didn't finish them, they were good sized, so ultimately I was satisfied with the size to expense ratio. Others in the group also ordered food, with mixed opinions. Brie? Not worth it. Milkshake? While it was very decadent, it was way too sweet and was not, unfortunately, finished. Someone else got the biegnets and was happy. Another person ordered soup and was very happy. So mixed reviews on the food as a whole. Drinks were good, we had a good time.“

“This Zaxbys is worthy of attention. I’ve lived in Smyrna for 5 years and this Zaxbys always hits. The food is excellent, what you would expect from a Zaxbys, nothing abnormal. But the speed and friendliness of the staff is unmatched. The “Chick Fil a” of non Chick Fil A places. I believe a guy named Paul has some sort of authoritative role here and needs to be recognized by the city of Smyrna.“

Need a little touch up and cleaning but the customer service is awesome and my food was great. First time I order I got 10 piece wings. Second time I got fish and fries. “I tried Blaze for the first time this summer, and I was pleasantly surprised. I've only had the Pesto Garlic Cheese Bread and the Bacon Pesto Bliss salad, both were delicious! I've been back a few times over the last few months and got the same thing. I definitely prefer the pesto ranch with the cheese bread over the marinara sauce, but they are a little stingy with the ranch and I paid for extra. The service is okay. They don't have bags, so if you're getting more than one item that can go in a bag, bring your own bag or prepare to struggle until you get to the car, lol. It's not always easy to find parking in front of the building, so keep that in mind too.“

I was around the building and I saw the young lady bring 3 cars their food including me. When the car at the window pulled off, 4 other cars kept rolling to the exit. I was car #4.
