Hikaru is one of my favorite Ramen spots in the city. Their Tonkatsu broth is phenomenal and all the starters are great too. I haven’t had a thing there I didn’t thoroughly enjoy and the people are very kind.
Authentic Ramen, great atmosphere
Solid ramen at Hikaru Ramen! We were leaving Atlanta and really wanted to try Heirloom Market BBQ for the first time. Went by and they were sold out of every meat! Decided that nearby ramen was the move and ended up at Hikaru, and had a great bowl of ramen! Broth was creamy and flavorful, chashu was super tender (though 95% melty fat vs meat), eggs were well marinated and jammy. The ramen was for sure the highlight.
