Jersey Mike's Subs is a clean and efficiently run restaurant with a friendly team, as noted by one reviewer who appreciates its proximity to their job. However, the delivery service could use improvement, as mentioned by another customer who experienced issues with incorrect orders. The manager, Bill, stands out for his helpfulness and accommodating attitude towards dietary restrictions, particularly with gluten-free options. One customer particularly enjoyed the gluten-free mushroom Swiss sub.
