“I believe they should correct the name to "Dunkin' Self Serve". I was excited when I saw a 24hr dunkin near me. When I arrived, sadly the opposite. As skeptical as I was, I tried it. I couldn't get my cold foam however the brewed coffee was made correctly. I've actually had way worse at brick-and-mortar locations.“
“I've always had a great experience here. Yes the line can get long and take some time but that should be expected during peak hours. Ordering ahead on the Dunkin app is amazing! And I absolutely love the point system. Food is great, coffee is always great and a good price. Employees have always been kind the entire time and apologize if things are going slow. Great atmosphere.“

“The most amazing MacDonalds in all of North America! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The level of service was a throwback to the good ole days. Not only were the staff friendly to patrons but extremely kind and polite to each other. This place need to be the model for ALL MacDonalds.“
“I was so glad to find a place in Douglasville that serves things like vietnamese coffee and other unique cafe drinks! The menu has a lot of beverages you can't get anywhere else nearby, and you can tell the quality is good.The vibe of this place is really cozy as well, it has a nicely decorated interior and plenty of space to sit and chill. The owner is super nice too! The only thing keeping me from being a regular is the parking issue. It's tucked away near a car junkyard which is a cool lowkey spot; I like cafes and car stuff. But the road to access the place is rocky and rugged, so I'm scared of damaging my tires. There's no real designated parking anywhere except maybe 2-3 spaces which are always taken, so you'll have to park elsewhere but there's not much room at all. Go give them a try!“
“Everyone in this Rosie’s was so friendly. When I came in, both servers welcomed me and the cook was standing in the food window and also greeted me promptly. The was great and the service was good. I know a lot of people have complained about the automatic gratuity but I didn’t mind it because I received great service.“
“So many selections of coffee. Iced, hot.. service is friendly and fast. Had the stuffed croissant and it was pretty good for packaged food. The bagel on the other hand was a solid stomach filler. Easy parking and they have a drive through. Oh did I mention the table has wireless charging.“
“Bagels are BACK!!! Got the steak, egg, and cheese bagel... something I've been craving for years, since they discontinued it. It was cooked to perfection, the service was top notch as always from this location. My only complaint would be to clean up the dropped trash under the second window in the drive thru. It will attract flies and I'm not trying to get them in my vehicle.“
“Donuts are good! But the customer service isn’t good! Came in with 3 kids and they were excited about the donuts but the girl was just rushing us and had an annoyed face! (No one else was there to claim it was busy) the table was wobbly and the kid put their drink down and the table moved and the drink fell! I was using napkins to clean and asked the guy if they had a mop or rag so I can clean up the mess and he said the napkins are over there with also with annoyed tone. So if you take your kids maybe think twice cause they seem to not like their excitement ver much.“
