I believe they should correct the name to "Dunkin' Self Serve". I was excited when I saw a 24hr dunkin near me. When I arrived, sadly the opposite. As skeptical as I was, I tried it. I couldn't get my cold foam however the brewed coffee was made correctly. I've actually had way worse at brick-and-mortar locations.
I don't know why people complain about self serve. You can literally make the coffee the way you want without having to deal with all the bs from those who make it for you lol. Am I right?
