They employees are always friendly and the donuts are normally decent but the employees cannot seem to get a drink order right. How hard is it to not put ice in a drink when someone specifically says no ice twice and how hard is it to discern between Almond milk and regular milk. Those aren't hard requests. If someone is asking for almond milk over whole milk there is normally a reason.
