This time we ordered Takoyaki, as it says halal so we thought everything is halal, but the TAKOYAKI have octopus in it. And octopus is not halal. It would be best if you guys update your menu either mention its not halal or replace it with some halal meat.“

“We are big fans of this chain. Our usual bb.q is in Suwanee. We've even gone to the Troy, Michigan location. Both are bright, welcoming, well-ventilated/air-conditioned and abuzz with bright colors, smiling faces and hospitality.

Sorry to say, this one was a little disappointing. From the outside, the tiny open sign did little to offset the darkly tinted windows which made it see like the establishment was closed instead filled with happy customers, like other locations are. Not sure if the air-conditioning was working. It was quite warm. Tables and menus were a little sticky. Air either smelled of the bathrooms or the pickled radishes which is unlike the other two locations mentioned above. There was only one server for the whole restaurant who did his best to try to keep up. Perhaps it was the larger amount of to-go orders that slowed service down. We had to ask for a lot of our items--drinks, chopsticks, radishes, spoons for group serving. But again, this is a staffing issue. Other locations attend more promptly. Beer selection not as wide as Suwanee location.

On the positive, the music isn't blared as loudly as Suwanee so it was easy to have a conversation. And I do appreciate the lack of screens that often distract from the social experience. Other than that, both Suwanee and Troy staff greet you warmly/loudly with your entry and exit. Both are better staffed, brightly decorated with more of the history of bb.q Chicken posted around the room. Mood's uplifted with just walking in to those other locations. Duluth decor needs updating/modernizing. Garden lattices and fake plants are confusing.

“Chicken Salad Chick catered all the food for my mother's memorial service. I called the catering line and the consultant helped me order the appropriate amount of food with a nice variety of flavors for all the different needs of the attendees. They delivered all the food to the venue in plenty of time to set up. The food was delicious and exactly as discussed. The catering process was easy and seamless. We will definitely be using them again.“

“I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. The check # is 34676 and server was Horace B. I have ordered frequently without these problems in the past. Please correct. Thank you.“

“One of the best locations around. BUT sometimes they charge me for soda water, when most of the time they don't. So it really throws me off when they charge me for it. Figure it out gang, wouldja!? Its minor, but irritating. Aside from that, excellent location!“

“I have never in my life met more kind people than at this Chick-Fil-A. We were on our way home from an Epic Taylor Swift concert and we were immediately greeted and welcomed! The dining room staff member, Kristin went above and beyond for us. It wad top knotch service. She clearly loves her job and the customers she serves. Luiz was another member who stepped up and went above and beyond for us. He came to talk to us about Taylor Swift. He was the cutest! On our way out he gave us brownies! “If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it bugs me to my soul when I pick the wrong line in the drive thru. I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

“So since we arrived to Dragoncon on Wednesday we have passed by Gus's famous chicken several times, I decided to treat the family. The wait time was about 15 minutes which is not bad at all.
We were seated and our drink order was taken which is nice. The food was great. Just the right amount of heat for us. I ordered the 2 piece dark meat platter that comes with Cole slaw, baked beans and white bread. I also ordered a side of mac n cheese. Side of fries and side of potato salad. The food was great. Our server was great too.
Where I was disappointed was when my son went to the restroom, another patron came to ask if the empty chair was taken, we said yes and it was ok but when an employee just grabs my son's chair and starts dragging it away without even asking. That kind of ruined my dinner. So thats why I gave it 4 stars. Other than thar it would have been a nice first time experience.“

“I recently visited Zesto's after several years away and was reminded why this place is a staple. Although the chicken sandwich wasn't available due to freezer issues, the staff recommended chicken tenders. When they didn't meet my expectations, the staff graciously offered lemon pepper flat wings instead. These wings were reminiscent of a home-cooked meal and absolutely delicious.

What truly stood out was the staff's exceptional hospitality. Despite the busy atmosphere, they handled my concerns promptly and with genuine kindness. “2 Chicken Tenders, a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, & Lg. Potato Wedge w/ a drink cost us $16.25 when I got to the car I realized how much we were charged so as my husband pumped gas I took the food back in and asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and was told to call back at 8am to talk to the manager. There were 3 other customers in the store who also agreed that it was way over priced, and so did an older lady who was also an employee. Calling to speak with a manager has been a joke.“

“This was a great stop for me. This particular KKC was inside the Texaco gas station. The woman serving me was very nice and helpful when it came to my order. I got the two piece dark chicken meal with a large mac n' cheese. They didn't have jambalaya unfortunately so that was a major disappointment. The chicken and biscuits, however, were phenomenal. The chicken was super moist on the inside and the skin was extremely crispy. The biscuit itself is reminiscent of Church's, what with its sticky icky coating; personally, it could've been a little sweeter for me. The mac n' cheese was rather bland, though. There wasn't that much flavor to it. I wished I could've had their jambalaya. The pricing for the two piece meal was around $7, which is not bad at all for the quality that you're getting. Fountain drinks are also available for $0.99 inside the gas station. Overall, an extremely hole-in-the-wall place with fantastic fried chicken and biscuits. Keep away from the mac n' cheese though.“

“CFA atmosphere is the same everything. It’s one of the things I like the most about it. This location struggles to take orders well. Almost every time I’m in there are multiple people running around doing almost anything but taking orders, especially if it’s 15 minutes before breakfast ends. I’ve missed breakfast multiple times despite being there more than 15 minutes before it ends with a line of less than 5 people. They also seem to prioritize the drive thru over the lobby.“

“To be honest I don’t know where all these people are coming from saying their food is terrible, I only come here for breakfast but I STOPPED going to the Chick Fil A on Trinity in City of Decatur (even though it’s closer) and started coming here almost EVERY morning because their food is so GOOD! It’s ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH, and they never miss anything, not even the napkins or utensils! I’m not sure what’s going on for the lunch and dinner but BREAKFAST HAS IT ON POINT HANDS DOWN!“

“Went through drive-thru with mobile ordering and everything was quick and easy.

The peach milkshake is tasty and full of *real peach bits!

Parking: During busy times (lunch, especially) parking is tight.

Kid-friendliness: The kids meal is great and you can choose between toy or cup of ice dream.

PS: you can get chocolate syrup added on ice dream.
