This time we ordered Takoyaki, as it says halal so we thought everything is halal, but the TAKOYAKI have octopus in it. And octopus is not halal. It would be best if you guys update your menu either mention its not halal or replace it with some halal meat.“

“CFA atmosphere is the same everything. It’s one of the things I like the most about it. This location struggles to take orders well. Almost every time I’m in there are multiple people running around doing almost anything but taking orders, especially if it’s 15 minutes before breakfast ends. I’ve missed breakfast multiple times despite being there more than 15 minutes before it ends with a line of less than 5 people. They also seem to prioritize the drive thru over the lobby.“

“Bruxie is a great addition to this shopping center’s selection of restaurants! This restaurant is fairly new and really impressed me. It was clean and spacious inside. I got the Holy Chicken! waffle chicken sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. The chicken was super crispy and juicy, and the waffle was soft and buttery. I would absolutely recommend checking this place out for amazing chicken and waffles!“

“Chicken Salad Chick catered all the food for my mother's memorial service. I called the catering line and the consultant helped me order the appropriate amount of food with a nice variety of flavors for all the different needs of the attendees. They delivered all the food to the venue in plenty of time to set up. The food was delicious and exactly as discussed. The catering process was easy and seamless. We will definitely be using them again.“

“I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. The check # is 34676 and server was Horace B. I have ordered frequently without these problems in the past. Please correct. Thank you.“

“If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it bugs me to my soul when I pick the wrong line in the drive thru. I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

“Very disappointed in the mobile ordering at this location. My order was missing several things that had been requested - like sauces, extra dressing for the salads, and extra cheese for the salads. While these are small things, if your menu allows extras for the orders, then they need to make sure they are added to the order.“

“So since we arrived to Dragoncon on Wednesday we have passed by Gus's famous chicken several times, I decided to treat the family. The wait time was about 15 minutes which is not bad at all.
We were seated and our drink order was taken which is nice. The food was great. Just the right amount of heat for us. I ordered the 2 piece dark meat platter that comes with Cole slaw, baked beans and white bread. I also ordered a side of mac n cheese. Side of fries and side of potato salad. The food was great. Our server was great too.
Where I was disappointed was when my son went to the restroom, another patron came to ask if the empty chair was taken, we said yes and it was ok but when an employee just grabs my son's chair and starts dragging it away without even asking. That kind of ruined my dinner. So thats why I gave it 4 stars. Other than thar it would have been a nice first time experience.“

“We always have a great experience at this location and today the team here had to deal with some difficult customers and despite that everyone was calm and did their best to take care of every order. You guys are awesome and we love eating here!“

“I liked this location much better before the remodel but it's still reliable and convenient. Since the remodel, it has yet to stabilize. The mobile thru line helps ordering in a faster manner but it feels like you still have wait the same amount of time as those ordering onsite. Some of the new, younger employees don't adhere to the personable, quality service formula you'd expect from Chick Fil A and make mistakes when taking your order (i.e. giving you extra pickles when you specifically say no pickles). I just hope the mobile thru experience gets improved and the new employees get better training so that I can give this place 5 stars again.“

“Pretty consistent like any other Chick-fil-A. Always a pleasure to be served and to eat their food. Only thing I may add, that is not a deal breaker, is that after some tries at this location, the chicken seems to be on the smaller side. The biscuit on the smaller and drier side as well. By no means are they terrible, but slight nuances I’ve noticed compared to other locations I’ve tried. Still would come and be overall happy.“

“I am at this Chic-Fil-A every Monday and Wednesday and when I tell you that I LOVE THEM. The customer service is IMMACULATE!!!! My favorite crew person is Grayson he needs a raise and a promotion. “Very disappointed in the service I've received lately. Last week didn't receive my extra chicken strips. Last night, there was a hole in the bottom of my milkshake and it's spilled all in my car. And then today I wasn't given my waffle fries. I try to call and I get a busy signal.“

“To be honest I don’t know where all these people are coming from saying their food is terrible, I only come here for breakfast but I STOPPED going to the Chick Fil A on Trinity in City of Decatur (even though it’s closer) and started coming here almost EVERY morning because their food is so GOOD! It’s ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH, and they never miss anything, not even the napkins or utensils! I’m not sure what’s going on for the lunch and dinner but BREAKFAST HAS IT ON POINT HANDS DOWN!“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“
