“I really love this 98K location! I’ve been here multiple times and the food has always been fresh and really good. The chicken is always hot, juicy, crispy, and full of flavor. You can definitely taste the difference compared to other locations.

I especially love their spicy chicken sandwiches and the takoyaki! Everything I’ve gotten here has been consistently good, and the service has been great too. Plus, it’s halal, which is a huge plus! Honestly, this is the location I find myself coming back to whenever I’m craving 98K 🥰“

I stopped by for a gallon to take home and it was intensely good. Pure, Unsweetened goodness! Also stronger than from any other CFA I frequent on the east side of Atlanta AND it was just as good on the fourth day as on the first — this never happens with tea bought from my other four regular locations. Kudos to your tea brewmaster!“

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

(A little annoyed that I asked for hot sauce and they sent Tabasco but thankfully I got hot sauce in my bag, swag.)

Not sure who came first between them and Raising Cane’s but as a pretty loyal RC visitor I can say with ease that I think this is the better chicken tender.

Only issue is that with more flavor means you gotta *watch the salt* — they’re super tasty at a baseline, and it’s a good quality of tender cooked perfectly too, but it’s juuuust knockin at too salty. Struggling to get through the 4th tender.

Hopefully it was just this batch.

Fries are crinkle cut like RC too, but bigger… prefer RC’s fry. And they put no ketchup in the bag at all which they def need.

Overall it’s clearly a Coke to Pepsi sitch here. Since chicken fingers are the main jam I’m cool to crown Guthrie’s as the OG.

“I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. “If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it bugs me to my soul when I pick the wrong line in the drive thru. I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

The real star of the show are the twice-fried fries; perfectly crispy on the outside and melt-in-your mouth smooth on the inside. The dining area is a time capsule from the 90s-00s (or perhaps your older brother's bedroom), with nu-metal blaring and pieces of nostalgia scattered everywhere. This place is perfect for an indulgent night out with your best friend/lover.“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“

“Happened to stumble by this place and it was so good! We got chicken tenders, potato salad, mac n cheese, baked beans, and corn nuggets. The chicken fingers are amazing 10/10. If you have small kids, the indoor playroom is a massive plus and always seems well-maintained. The service here is just as polite and attentive as you’d expect from the franchise, and the food comes out fast and piping hot. They even have a neat little delivery robot that brings food to the tables inside, which is a fun touch! It gets crowded during peak lunch hours, but the staff handles the volume effortlessly.“
