I stopped by for a gallon to take home and it was intensely good. Pure, Unsweetened goodness! Also stronger than from any other CFA I frequent on the east side of Atlanta AND it was just as good on the fourth day as on the first — this never happens with tea bought from my other four regular locations. “I absolutely love coming to this Zaxby’s because of the staff, especially Geneva and Tiffany. Every time I’ve visited, they’ve truly shown what great customer service is all about. On a few occasions when my order was taking longer than expected, they made sure it became a priority and handled everything with professionalism and care.

“This was my very first time using the app to order Popeyes & they assured me that it would be ready by 5:06pm. Which was true.

However, once I finally arrived to pick it up, the receipt said that it's been ready by 4:44pm. That's well over 20 minutes since it's been sitting & waiting & even lost some of its freshness the whole while.

The fries were nearly cold & stale, the chicken itself was incredibly dry. Overall, the entire meal was just okay at best.

It's like, they took whatever they had just laying around & shoved it in the bag, without putting any real effort in it. At least, that's what it appeared to be the case.

As a paying customer, I felt like I deserved better service than what I got. But because I still have coupons, which are good until September, I'll continue to frequently stop by for a quick bite all the same.

Which is where I'm headed as we speak.

One last thing. Please, pay extra attention & take great care of not forgetting certain items the customer has already asked for or switch a certain customer's order with someone else entirely.

We had an incredible experience at the Zaxby’s on Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, and I cannot recommend this location enough! From the moment we walked in, the service was truly beyond expectation.
I want to give a massive shout-out to Mr. Celestin, the GM, who went completely out of his way to help my family and me navigate the menu. He was incredibly patient and thorough in ensuring we found options that aligned with our specific dietary restrictions. He even went the extra mile by providing us with a detailed nutritional facts brochure, which was so helpful.
When we found the standard seasoning to be a bit too strong for our needs, Mr. Celestin didn't hesitate for a second to make sure we were fully accommodated. He quickly organized our meal to be served with plain chicken and the lemon pepper seasoning on the side, turning a potentially difficult situation into a perfect, stress-free meal.
It was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The entire team was wonderful, welcoming, and attentive. If you are in the Sandy Springs area, this is absolutely the place to go!“

I've eaten at a lot of Zaxby's over the years and this is one of the better locations. I have lunch here often as it is close to work.

Typically, I order on the app and go through the drive-thru but also eat inside from time to time. The dining room is consistently tidy.

They are quick, friendly and remember me. Today, I finished ordering on the app as I was walking to the door and someone was putting my order together as I walked up to the counter.

Chicken wings, like barbecue, draw people to have strong preferences about where they eat. That being said, I like the wings here. I do have how large selection of sauces, as they promote.

Here's a tip: if you order the fries with no seasoning, they dropped them in the fryer for a few minutes to take the seasoning off and they come out hotter and crispier than usual.“

I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“
