There were so many good halal options to choose from, but I ended up going with my all time favorite the chicken sandwich. It was SO delicious and worthwhile. If you’re ever in the area I suggest giving their juicy chicken a try!“

“This was my very first time using the app to order Popeyes & they assured me that it would be ready by 5:06pm. Which was true.

However, once I finally arrived to pick it up, the receipt said that it's been ready by 4:44pm. That's well over 20 minutes since it's been sitting & waiting & even lost some of its freshness the whole while.

The fries were nearly cold & stale, the chicken itself was incredibly dry. Overall, the entire meal was just okay at best.

It's like, they took whatever they had just laying around & shoved it in the bag, without putting any real effort in it. At least, that's what it appeared to be the case.

As a paying customer, I felt like I deserved better service than what I got. But because I still have coupons, which are good until September, I'll continue to frequently stop by for a quick bite all the same.

Which is where I'm headed as we speak.

One last thing. Please, pay extra attention & take great care of not forgetting certain items the customer has already asked for or switch a certain customer's order with someone else entirely.

I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. “If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it bugs me to my soul when I pick the wrong line in the drive thru. I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

crowds stack up at lunch, and the takeout side won’t check whether you’re actually waiting on an order… you’ve gotta be assertive and tell them the name on your order, or you’ll end up standing there forever with your food literally sitting on the counter. the workers are right there doing their jobs, but for whatever reason they don’t stay on top of getting the takeout orders out/in the fridge during rush.

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“
