everything was clean and fresh
Ordered the wings and things for roughly 15bucks - came with 5 chicken tenders, 5 lemon pepper wings, fries, 1 Texas toast and a drink. First time trying Zaxby’s and overall a pleasurable experience at this branch - it was clean, staff was friendly, and when I placed my order it came very quickly - like within the next one minute or so. Nothing particularly different about their chicken, but giving it a five star rating just cos the whole experience there was very smooth.
Every time I’ve visited this place, I received EXCELLENT customer service. The ladies at the drive thru even the front counter. Theres also a young fella who sweeps the lobby and makes sure everything stays clean and up to par. He literally opens the door for me every time I come and I’m sure he does it for other ppl too! He’s so sweet! My food is always so fresh and I’ll never hesitate to stop when I’m at work or just in the area.
