Came for a salad to take back to my office. By the time I got back I found now dressing in the bag. Who serves a salad without the dressing. So the whole thing was rendered inedible since plain lettuce sucks - huge waste of money.

At drive through I was handed a drink that was practically thrown at me. Whoever put the top on the drink didnāt put it on properly and it spilled all over my clothes and surroundings. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. Unbelievably, the female manager said she was sorry and when I said is that all and she said yes. Zaxbyās should know better. Thatās not management or customer service!
