New in town. Came here with my nephew.. he absolutely loves the grilled cheese!! But for me it was the service that was above and beyond!!! Lucas was amazing!!!! So helpful and friendly . We will definitely be coming back because of him.. Lucas deserves a raise!!

I'm writing this review not because of the food but because of this specific store's exceptional customer service. A big shout out to Hayley H. who was working at the drive thru and noticed our dog at the backseat and offered a chicken finger for our dear senior dog. That was a very sweet gesture of her. It surely made our day. And of course the food was great too. Always brings us comfort when we order Zaxby's meals.

I am throughly disappointed in the customer service received after I called the restaurant. So, co-worker so kindly went to Zaxby's for me and I asked for a House Salad with blackened chicken. Drive thru attendant repeated the order and when the co-worker got to the window he paid and told me he said he didn't need the receipt because of course he thought it was correct. By all of our surprise, there was NO CHICKEN on the salad. So I called and spoke with the manager and explained everything. Come to find out they don't have blackened chicken anymore but shouldn't have the person taking the order said that so I could have said grilled is fine. Instead, I got charged the full price for a house salad with NO CHICKEN. The manager that answered put me on hold, then another person got on the phone by Hozey Thomas who stated he was the General Manager. He proceeds to tell me to bring the salad back and the receipt. Sir, I'm working and needed to eat so I'm not bringing the salad back plus WHT would I do that so y'all can do something nasty to the salad and give it back to me. And I explained that my coworker didn't get the receipt. Like who the hell would go to all this trouble to call back if it wasn't legitimately a real issue, I got a salad with NO CHICKEN and that's what your restaurant services. I mean really what happen to the customer is always right, see this is why I love Chick-fil-A because a manager and definitely not the general manager would have argued with the customer. At no time did either of those individuals say "my apologies, we are sorry to hear that, let me figure something out". Zaxby's y'all need to do better.

Overall the most awful app ordering experience I’ve ever had. I order ahead because of my busy workday through the app even select rewards offered that I earned only to be told the following ; 1st I must have ordered to a different location because they didnt have order 2nd that they did get my order but the card declined. When I provided proof of the correct location and of successful payment I was the. Told my payment must be in a pending status. ??♀️So being as though my entirr break was just about over I ended up ordering AGAIN and paying AGAIN. As delicious as the food actually is Its not worth the hassel going back to the chic fil a app!
