Great customer service but the food was extremely salty including the fries.
Brandon and Josh at the pickup window were super kind helping fix my order today after a mix-up. They handled it quickly and made the whole situation feel easy instead of awkward or inconvenient.
I would definitely recommend this store. I ordered food from them, and the delivery girl dropped it off in my apartment lobby. Unfortunately, someone stole my order. I messaged the delivery girl about what happened, and instead of just offering a refund, she actually came all the way back to my apartment to resolve the issue because I wanted my food, not the money back.
