This Chick-fil-A off North Decatur Rd has an amazing team that works very well together. The lines are always moving, and everyone is always smiling and so kind. The service is really quick, and the most friendly service makes it the best fast food restaurant available in Georgia by far. Great tasting food and good customer service are consistently provided. One guest had an AMAZING experience, noting that Angelica was a whole vibe—sweet, personable, and made the morning feel good. Fernando brought top-tier kindness and an incredible attitude, truly above and beyond. Jayla at the window was so warm and welcoming, making everything feel smooth, easy, and genuine. Another guest stopped visiting for a while due to negative experiences, but after excellent customer service from Marina, who personally reached out and truly cared about making things right, they will definitely be a regular again. However, one guest experienced frustration when the location closed early before the official time, with employees saying they were out of food. Additionally, guests should be aware that the granola DOES contain almonds, despite being told otherwise by staff.
