By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. 1. I wasn’t greeted upon walking into the establishment. 2. After waiting a few minutes I was told I ordered from the wrong location (but my food was bagged and waiting to be handed to me). 3. The young lady Cindy saw fit to advise the young lady assisting me that we “don’t need any extra dressing” for our salads; as if she were paying for them or eating them herself. I work 2 minutes from this location and frequent it weekly. I’m appalled with my experience today, and don’t feel comfortable returning if this is how I’ll be treated. Thank you to Hazel, the manager, for at least listening to me express my frustration.

BEWARE THAT THE ICE AT THIS LOCATION IS DIRTY AND HAS BEEN SINCE LAST WEEK ACCORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE. I HAVE REACHED OUT IN AN EXCESS OF FOUR TIMES TO HAVE THE ISSUE RECTIFIED. FIRST, ALLOW TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HAZEL THE HR MANAGER REACHED OUT TO ME IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. HOWEVER, HE WAS MORE DEFENSIVE THAN EMPATHETIC AND SEEM TO BE WORRIED ABOUT LIABILITY RATHER THAN PROPERLY ADDRESSING THE ISSUE. THERE WAS NO WAY POSSIBLE THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO PROPERLY INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE IN THE TIMEFRAME THAT HE RESPONDED TO MY CHICK-FIL-A CARES NOTICE. HE ASSURED ME ON YESTERDAY 3/17/24 THAT THE ICE HAD BEEN SERVICED ON SATURDAY. HOWEVER, TODAY AT 9:01AM THERE IS STILL DIRT PARTICLES EMBEDDED INSIDE THE ICE. THE DIRECTOR OF THE LOCATION HAS STATED THAT THIS IS AN HR ISSUE AND THE MATTER WAS OUT OF THEIR CONTROL. SO AS OF RIGHT NOW MANY CUSTOMERS ARE STILL BEING SERVED CONTAMINATED ICE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF SINCE LAST FRIDAY. CUSTOMERS ARE DEFINITELY NOT THE PRIORITY AT THIS LOCATION. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO APOLOGIZE, ADDRESS THE ISSUE, NOR ASK GENUINELY IF MY FAMILY AND I ARE OK. HAZEL DEFINITELY LACKS THE CHARACTER FOR HR MANAGEMENT. I come here on almost a daily basis to a point where the employees know me and my order. Whenever Hazel is working there is always some type of issue. He wants to give undercooked nuggets or ice cream cones with barely any ice cream in it. And when asked any question about how to rectify the situation he gives a very snarky and short response as if customer service is annoying him He is extremely unhelpful, and rude and does not belong here with the other amazing employees. I’m really going to reconsider making this my lunch break stop.

I ordered a grilled chicken bowl from the drive-thru and when I arrived at the window. My order was completely wrong. I ordered a double order of grilled chicken and a double order of egg whites on my bowl. They said they would fix my order but when I received my order the second time after waiting my order was wrong again. Not a very good experience this time around.
