The Mobile thru service is poor. No designated staff for this lane. The drive thru lane closest to the kitchen is served first. Then the service worker walks back and forth with incomplete orders trying to find the customer the order belongs to. The last 3 visits it has taken 2 trips to complete my order. Cold milk was placed in the bag on top of the French fries.
This location always gets my order wrong. I get a sandwich and fruit cup. They always add something or forget the fruit cup and the fork. Kinda shocked, because I have never had an issue with any other location..

This Chick-fil-A indoor service/atmosphere is different than most. Dine orders are always in to-go bags, and not on trays. Feels disorganized. Trash cans are not near doorways, instead, next dining customers. Just a different feel from other Chick-fil-As.
