System went down after my order was taken and my payment received. The store claimed that the first purchase would drop off my account. When it didn't drop off I returned to the store as I was instructed by the manager on duty for a refund only to be told that no refund could be issued. This store will steal from you.

This Chick-fil-A indoor service/atmosphere is different than most. Dine orders are always in to-go bags, and not on trays. Feels disorganized. Trash cans are not near doorways, instead, next dining customers. Just a different feel from other Chick-fil-As.

I was extremely disappointed at this chic fil a locationI have never had bad service at any chic fil a until today. When I asked for a salad with no chicken they put chicken. When I asked to change with one w/o chicken they did and it looked sloppy. I eventually said I don't want this one and requested a wrap and the young man lied and said they were out of wraps when my husband just got a wrap. When I asked for the manager she immediately got a wrap for me. I'm so disappointed in the young people that work at this location. I will be calling corporate tomorrow because to make things worse my kids order was also wrong. I am still upset with the young kids who don't care at this location. I will never return to this establishment.

The Mobile thru service is poor. No designated staff for this lane. The drive thru lane closest to the kitchen is served first. Then the service worker walks back and forth with incomplete orders trying to find the customer the order belongs to. The last 3 visits it has taken 2 trips to complete my order. Cold milk was placed in the bag on top of the French fries.

3/6/24 8:45am ... The young lady working drive thru wearing the red short sleeve button up decided it was more important to finish her bacon egg and cheese biscuit instead of passing out the orders that were being handed to her. We watched bags handed to her and she says "let me go ahead and take a bite now" puts the bags down and eats her biscuit. Didn't even care that customers were at the window and could see and hear her. Finally get our food and the biscuits are hard as a rock.

I’ve had multiple orders incorrect with missing items and additional items charged to my order that I did not want. This morning I was asked what sauces I would like, I said hot sauce, ended getting charged for a cup of ice with no hot sauce and no receipt which is why I’m here and not able to request a refund for the ice. I know it’s not much, but the errors this location has made has been adding up and I will be going to another location on my way to work.
