The food was authentic Korean cuisine, the kind that tasted like something your mom would make. 콩비지 was incredibly delicious and reminded me of my mom's cooking. My friend had just received her PhD so it was a low key celebration brunch. The crowd wasn't happening yet and the barista was bored. As we ate brunch, he appeared with shot glass sized samples of a certain tea drink for us to try. Then he returned later with a sample of creamy drink. Finally a coffee sample was served. We had a lovely chat and it was just such an authentic "small town" moment. The kind we use to have in Roswell 20+ years ago. Fast forward to this afternoon, my friend and I drop in for a birthday lunch and have a terrific meal. Surprise! The staff prepared a cute blueberry scone birthday snack on a heart-shaped dish. As we left, everyone wished a happy birthday to us. Honestly, it was so endearing. Great food. Nice people. 100% worth your time and money to go!“

You can tell the meat here actually gets marinated as the flavor stays after you cook it. We went on a weekday and were basically the only ones in the restaurant. Our server was super sweet. We had no issues with temperature when cooking the meat. Everything sizzled and seared great. I LOVED the conveyor. I hate bothering my server so having all the sides right there was perfect!!
