“Today I visited Nashville Hot Chicken in Powder Springs for the first time. The customer service was World Class, and the food was chef’s kiss. I am a chicken tender lover, and this food truck has been rated the number one place for chicken tenders in Cobb County for two years straight! I definitely will be coming back.“

“I have been coming here for a few years now and I love this spot. The food always tastes fresh and the employees there are really patient. The portion sizes are really good for the price. And I like trying the new flavors they come out with!“

“One of if not the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The chicken and rice were so incredibly flavorful that I can't wait to come back. $25 to feed two people is a steal for what you get. The girl at the register also handled an upset customer during our visit professionally. This customer was really rude for no reason after not getting her cup through the drive thru. She straight up reached over the counter and snatched a second cup out of the worker's hand when she accidentally grabbed two to hand to them. Protect and respect this place please. It's a treasure.“

“This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.“

“This is by far my favorite of all times chik fil a. The staff is always super polite, attentive, and awesome sense of humor. They all know the menus well and they take care of you. I was around the building and I saw the young lady bring 3 cars their food including me. When the car at the window pulled off, 4 other cars kept rolling to the exit. I was car #4. They don't play around there. Plus it was busy. Keep doing what y'all do. I can head home from the east side or south side but I will wait until I get on this side to eat.“

“I visited November 15th with my handicapped nephew. The staff's attention to details was excellent. The manager helped with our drinks and the food was delivered to our table quickly. The servers made sure we had had everything we needed and cleared our table in a timely manner. One server greeted my nephew and gave him a fist bump. The love of Christ was shown to us from the minute we walked in to our departure. Thank you!“

“I've never ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered two of the grilled chicken sandwiches and the rolls were awful. Stale and they literally fell apart when we tried to pick them up. I returned them to the store and. I have to admit, the manager, Dexter, did a spectacular job of correcting the situation. I told him I didn't want another sandwich, just some grilled nuggets and chicken strips. Not only did he exchange the sandwiches for the new items, but he gave us the larger size of both AND gave us a refund. Now that's customer service!“

“My small fry was over cooked, brown and not so good. I don't know how employees can scoop them up and knowingly give them to a customer. That tells me, you just don't care.
The sandwich was hot, fresh and prepared as requested. Sweet tea was perfect! Thank you for the great sandwich & drink. Fries, apparently I didn't need to eat them but couldn't even if I wanted to.
This place almost always delivers great food so no complaints even with over cooked fries. When you know better, do better.“
