Very good food as expected
One of the best fast food chains, very consistent in their food quality, sauces are excellent, staff are helpful, a must pass by whenever it is around.

Chick-fil-A was once a satisfying experience with good quality customer service, but lately, it seems to have deteriorated. The drive-thru lines are long and slow, and the food quality is not what it used to be. Despite efforts to please customers, the overall experience is not worth the time and effort.
