I placed a larger online pickup order during the lunch rush and unfortunately, one of my items was forgotten. I gave them a quick call and they immediately made it right by delivering the missing item directly to my office since I wasn’t able to leave work to pick it up.

We all know Chick-fil-A is bomb but this particular Chick-fil-A on a Saturday and I'm sure other times of the week is a nightmare. In regard to space once you order, you cannot even leave the parking lot because it's so wrapped around and and people are coming in the drive-thru the same way you're supposed to leave out.
