Mita's Kitchen is a very nice restaurant and a lovely addition to the Douglasville area. The food is amazing, authentic, and very delicious, with many describing it as absolute fire and the best dining experience in the area. Specific praised dishes include the plantains and tostones, the carne asada with gallo pinto, fried cheese, the steak, the nacatamal, chicken and beef enchiladas, the steak bowl, and an exceptional chocolate fudge pie. The homemade passion fruit juice and vinegar veggies sauces also elevate the meal. Food is made to order so it is hot and fresh.
The service is fantastic, great, and always great, with polite, friendly, and hard-working staff and awesome owners. The atmosphere is great. It is a sensational and delightful experience, with many planning to return. The menu also has future additions coming.
