Food needed to be down about 30 seconds longer.. The people were very friendly though. I know they use a timer but my chicken really needed to be down longer. The texture wasn't raw but right at the bone, the meat wouldn't pull off.. Just my experience on the last order.

Older KFC needs some work as building and interior is dated. Had an incident the other day in the drive thru. The girl at the window and the shift leader were going back and forth after I gave her my card. What I think happened is they gave my food to someone else, which is no big deal. What somewhat irritated me was the whole time she had my card she never swiped it I guess and told me to pull up.
