Great drive thru service
The drive thru was open and two hours before closing the outdoor lights were off. We were told they were out of fries after we paid at the window. One car in front of us waiting on their order and two pulled to the side waiting for their orders to be brought out and we were asked to do the same. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a popular restaurant known for its fresh and hot chicken dishes. Customers praise the variety of sauces, including the delicious honey lemon pepper wings, as well as the friendly staff and great customer service. The restaurant is a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. However, recent reviews mention some issues with the quality of food and service. The sides are often pre-packaged and sometimes half empty, and the biscuits can be dry and not very fresh. The chicken may not always be as fresh as expected, and it can sometimes be dry. Customers also note that the staff is polite but service can be slow, and condiments like napkins need to be requested as they are not automatically given. The honey lemon pepper wings are considered too spicy by some, making them hard to enjoy fully, with some wings spicier than others. Overall, improvements in food freshness and customer service could enhance the experience at this location.
