Herb had great customer service at the drive thru
This location specifically is officially my all time favorite Zaxby’s! I left one location totally unsatisfied with my food+the lack of customer service, discovered the 5201 S Cobb location & was served by a young lady by the name of Ka’Liyah; she was TOP-Tier!! 10/10 customer service skills, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, well-mannered, and served me with a beautiful smile! I will now ONLY come to this Zaxby’s! Thanks to Ka’Liyah!!!
I have to take a moment to do what I told these ladies I would do and give them the recognition they deserve.
First, a special shoutout to Ka-Liyah—yes, I spelt it right! From the moment I walked up to the counter, she greeted me with a genuine smile. Even after the customer before the lady before me and myself wasn’t particularly pleasant, she remained kind, professional, and in great spirits.
