I got the food Togo. I ordered the chicken sandwich plain, they put sauce on it. Even wiping it off the taste was still there. I also got the egg rolls. They were over cooked or old, not sure but the veggies were so smushy and not enjoyable. This was a bad experience and don't recommend.

The customer service was great! I am not particularly a Zaxbys fan but my sister and my nephew love the place. The food was better at this location than I have had at other locations. The place was sparkling clean. I love that. The cashier with the burgundy hair was particularly sweet and professional. Being in hospitality and food service management since I was 22, she would be a star employee and shift lead. I would pour alot of my expertise into her because I know that it would pay off greatly for the company. The manager came out to our table to ensure that we were well taken care of. Really cool lil get up. I would go back to this Zaxbys. The rest that I have tried, I won't. ?

Zero stars.. I haven’t even tried the food. Service was so horrible Im immediately sharing my experience. Willo P is who is on my receipt. Greeted with “order when you’re ready after sitting in silence for a minute”. She had a very nasty attitude.Clearly she didnt want to be at work. I had a single order of fries and a big zax snax. She gave me 3 ketchups then had an attitude when I politely asked for more. At this point I have an attitude and said no need to be rude with me and asked what am I going to do with 3 ketchups and all these fries? She the blatantly grabs the ketchup and barely reached her hand out the window. Forcing us to reach out the car almost in the drive through window. Surprised this isnt a 2.5 star location. Clearly this store is lead by poor Leadership.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The place seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers with no experience or oversight.Every time we go through the drive-through, they have us go park. There doesn't have to be anyone behind us. More times than not, the food is wrong and now we have to go inside.This past visit, they came to my car asking for my receipt. They did not know what my order was and they would not make it without a receipt. I had crumpled it, tossed it, and was struggling to find where it went. I went inside. The Order was on the screen. But they wouldn't make it unless I produced a copy. WHAT? They basically tried to just ignore me from there. Physically turning their backs on me. I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded. They would not.Finally, a more mature woman came over and told them to just make the food. She apologized. I felt sorry for her working in that mess.

Tale was excellent today! It was my first time ever at Zaxby's and I had some trouble with the drive thru process, so I pulled around to the window and he helped me out! He was very kind and professional!
This location is so disorganized. They need help asap. Waiting on the dining room to order for 30+. They was busy fulfilling online orders than to serve people standing waiting. Eventually put in an order online and got it in 5 minutes. How does this place operate?

I asked for 2 grilled filets cut up, and they weren’t cut and I think I was over charged for them. I also ordered a kids meal and they did not give me the drink or the cookie included in the kids meals.

Guys, it's chicken! What's not to like? Yea the lines can be long, but food is made to order. I tried the fried chicken club sandwich no sauce and it was fresh, delicious and juicy. I never feel like they give enough fries, but maybe I'm just greedy. The doughnuts were ok. Something cool if you have a sweet tooth, but I wouldn't go just for those. Reminds me of fried biscuit dough thats tossed in cinnamon sugar. Inside is clean as well as the out.

PLEASE GIVE ME KETCHUP WHEN I ORDER FRIES WITH A DOORDASH ORDER!! There’s no button to add ketchup or make it my sauce of choice and this Zaxbys acts as if ketchup doesn’t exist. They NEVER provide ketchup with any order, ever. Please use common sense and add ketchup packets with every order that includes fries. Otherwise the food is great and my order is never wrong.
