Recently, I hosted an 80th Birthday party for my husband. I used Low Country Catering for the party. We have been a customer of their barbecue division for years and this was a natural choice. My husband had wanted an oyster roast. The caterer, Bennett Brown IV, suggested we have a Low Country Boil to accompany the oysters. Bingo! What amazing food.
