I tried the Classic Caesar Sandwich. The large was 27 dollars and they also have a 17 dollar option and a smaller one that costs even less.

Customer service almost got a thumbs down from me. It was my first time there and I was trying to figure out what I saw on TikTok. While I was still deciding, the cashier asked the people behind me if they were ready in a way that felt a little rushed. That part didn’t feel great.

But the older lady who gave me my food was really kind and sweet. She helped me a lot and made the experience better, especially since I am handicapped.

The sandwich is big. It can feed two people if you add sides or even one adult and a child depending on how you split it.

As for the taste, some people might say it is bland. I would say it tastes fresh and clean, not heavy or over seasoned. I did add ranch because it got a little dry toward the end and that helped.

Would I go back. I wanted to say no because of the hype but honestly it is good. Next time I would just get the cheaper option because the portions are already large.

“The Blackened Bayou Chicken was hands down one of the best dishes I've had in a long time! The perfectly seasoned blackened chicken was juicy and packed with flavor, then topped with a rich, creamy crawfish and sausage sauce over warm, buttery cornbread that took it to another level! Every bite was the perfect combination of savory, creamy, and comforting. I honestly didn't want the meal to end. This is the kind of dish you keep thinking about long after you leave. Copeland's definitely has a winner with this one!“

“I gave Big Back's Cajun Kitchen 5 stars because of the outstanding service provided by the young man who waited on us. He treated every customer as if they were the only person in the restaurant, giving everyone genuine attention, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. He truly made the experience memorable.

The food was excellent! The fried ribs are my favorite, and the red velvet cake was incredibly moist and delicious. I don't get to visit often because I live a good distance away, but this is always my go-to spot whenever I'm headed to the airport.

My only disappointment was that the level of service from the other employees didn't match the standard he set. His work ethic and customer service were exceptional, and I hope the rest of the team follows his example because he represents the restaurant very well.
Big Back's Cajun Kitchen is always worth the stop! The fried ribs are hands down my favorite—they're seasoned perfectly and full of flavor. And don't leave without trying the red velvet cake... it's incredibly moist and one of the best I've had.

I don't get to visit as often as I'd like because I live a good distance away, but every time I'm headed to the airport, this is my go-to spot. Great food, great flavor, and always a satisfying meal. Highly recommend!“
