“We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary on a Wednesday night. They warmly welcomed us even though we didn't have reservations. The chicken piccata was melt-in-your-mouth tender and the broccolini, tomato, mushroom side vegetable was not over cooked, but hot and generous and enough for two to share. My husband had the chicken parmesan, and we both switched out the spagetti that was on the menu to the fettucini made in house. They are known for their fresh pasta. The TV's played a travel video of Italy which was a nice departure from sports or news. The music was Italian as far as I know, definitely not pop culture. The tables are close together because it is a small intimate space. Our waitress was attentive and cheerful. We will definitely be back!“

“I visited this spot at the suggestion of a friend after shopping. The service was great, music was on point, and the food was very flavorful. No complaints at all. The best part was the owner. He was very welcoming and had us cutting up. 10/10 I will definitely be returning. I had my eye on some other dishes I’d love to try. Thank you Auntie’s House for the delicious Sunday dinner.“

“This was my 1st time here and our waiter James gets us with a smile and made sure our glasses weren't empty. I had sirloin and my other half had pasta. The food was delicious! Thank you James for your professionalism and courtesy. I hope you are appreciated.“

“We swung by after a convention today. We have lived in Atlanta since hurricane Katrina and I have had most of the food in this city. I’ve wanted to try this place for quite some time, we ordered the Jambalaya, Gumbo, Mac and Cheese and Bread Pudding. Mrs. Angie was behind the counter and was an absolute angel, once our food got to the table, I had a moment of pure and unhindered nostalgia being taken back toy childhood and experiencing spicy food for the first time. One of the meals that made me fall in love with cooking and specifically that deep love for the culture and heritage of New Orleans. It put a legitimate tear into my eye how good this food was, I got up and went to give Mrs. Angie a hug that food was so good.

I would recommend this spot to anyone, it is amazing, the food was perfect, she was an angel, the staff was amazing. No notes and no crumbs left.“

“WOW! My food was so tasteful and full of flavor. I was greeted by staff immediately when I walked through the door. I didn't have to make eye contact with the worker before they greeted me and I like that a lot because most of the restaurants I've visited lately have waited for me as the customer to greet them first. This placed smelled so great and my seating was off because I came at a bad time so I received a seat in the overflow area which was still great. My server was polite and caring. It was my first time trying this place, and she let me in on all the good menu items. Hats off to the owner of this place. It's beautiful and organized.“

“One of the best sandwich places! At first glance the sandwiches seem like crazy combinations but it is always delicious! I highly recommend coming as soon as they open because the wait can be very long during lunchtime… but the wait speaks for itself, people love this place and the food is worth the wait!“

“This spot is a hidden gem!!! Whomever is behind that lil curtain is doing it!!! It's extremely difficult to find authentic Caribbean foods here in Marietta, so trying this place was taking a chance! A Pleasant Surprise this was!! I Love the guy who takes the orders during the week🥰He's always very pleasant and inviting...definitely added to my reason for returning!! The food has been very consistent. I usually get the Salmon Dinner cooked soft with the Black Rice and Cabbage instead of salad. I've also ordered the fried Turkey 🍗 and Fried Goat 🐐 😋 👌🏾 Both are great! It's definitely where I go to feel like I'm back home in South Florida 😌“

“Catering Review:
We used Vieux Carre Bistro to cater a large family event. We had several catered meals throughout the long weekend, but my family continually raved about the food from this restaurant. I appreciate that the restaurant recommended a menu based on the dietary considerations I needed to navigate. The chicken pasta was the clear favorite and a must have recommendation. Other favorites were the blackened salmon and fried chicken wings. When it came to service, the owner was very flexible when it came to pick up, patiently waiting to provide curbside loading for our courier. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food, service, and value for this catering order and will definitely use them again.“

“The fih real good (A1).. but it's high and you only gone get a biscuit with it.. if you want a meal, gone head and add $2 .. you gone pay $9 and up for everything here. The Cajun rice dry with no seasoning.. haven't tried the other sides..the dude at the counter cool too but don't take too long to order cause you might get that look??.. overall I rate it 8/10 but the fih is a 10/10 and I think it's Sway“

“This was my first time trying out this spot. Ordered the Mini Box (Cajun fried rice & shrimps) it was quite tasty which prompted me to place an additional order to go. 😀
Only thing I would have wanted different was for the rice to be cooked a bit softer, just a personal preference. Will definitely be returning.“

“It's a food truck. It's hard to find good fried fish in Cobb. I ordered the fried whiting with sides of collards and rice n beans. The fish was fried and seasoned perfectly, not salty at all. The rice and beans were the best I ever had. I wonder if they sell a pint size of the rice and beans. The collards were good, too. I loved the food, a good value for the money. I will definitely stop by the next time I'm in that part of town.“

“The grounds of the restaurant has a grand feel. The patio area has an inviting botanical theme. The outside hostess was cordial upon our reservation arrival and departure. Our drinks were good and sweet, not watered down. My food was brought out quickly by a handsome guy. I've eaten in New Orleans before and the interior and the waitstaff attire was reminded me of it. Our waitress Truselle asked if it was our first time there, which it was. She was very friendly and helpful. She was thanked and tipped for her hospitality (left a note on the bill). I enjoyed the experience!“

But after a short conversation with the Head chef , he was able to sell me on an amazing blackened grouper, and it was to die for! Very knowledgeable! And food was great! I also had charred kale and wild rice. The descriptive menu sold me alone! Will definitely be back!“
