“Hi there! I just wanted to share a quick note about my experience. I stopped by recently and truly enjoyed myself. The drinks were wonderful and the food was amazing. I actually came twice in one day because it was just that good. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and it was really nice to see the owner checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly and that everyone felt respected and taken care of. That level of care really shows. Thank you for creating such a warm and enjoyable place to visit. I’m looking forward to coming back again soon! 😊 Especially to see Lonnie at the bar … very inviting and personable !!!! And I love that he washes his hands in between and takes time to talk.“

“We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary on a Wednesday night. They warmly welcomed us even though we didn't have reservations. The chicken piccata was melt-in-your-mouth tender and the broccolini, tomato, mushroom side vegetable was not over cooked, but hot and generous and enough for two to share. My husband had the chicken parmesan, and we both switched out the spagetti that was on the menu to the fettucini made in house. They are known for their fresh pasta. The TV's played a travel video of Italy which was a nice departure from sports or news. The music was Italian as far as I know, definitely not pop culture. The tables are close together because it is a small intimate space. Our waitress was attentive and cheerful. We will definitely be back!“

“I stopped by The Food Shoppe to try the Voodoo BBQ Chicken and Mac, and it was AMAZING!! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. You can definitely tell everything is made with care. The service was just as great—friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. If you're looking for authentic New Orleans-style Creole food, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back for more.“

“I went with my husband on 5/31/26. I have been to Copelands before but it’s been years so coming back felt like a first time. To start when arriving at the host table I would say they were not very friendly but I’m not going to let that take away from the amazing service we received. Our waitress was amazing. She was so sweet, and checked on us frequently. You could tell she truly does value her job based off the small details and extra care we received. The food was good, the shrimp in the gumbo was cheap tasting but outside of that the gumbo itself was really good. We ordered two slices of cheesecake and it did take a really long time for it to come out, and I’m not entirely sure what exactly happened since I was in the bathroom but our dessert was free. I really suggest coming here. I wish I remembered the name of our waitress in hopes she gets recognized for her wonderful service. I will for sure be coming back!“

“I have been there 4 or 5 times since my last review and the good was on point. Food was so good Friday, I went back YESTERDAY and it was a hot mess. Told cashier well she had extra crispy on ticket. Crust fell right off and was not done inside. Do not like mushy5 fish.I usually have the food finish by the time I drive back to Atanta, could not eat the food.“

“It's a food truck. It's hard to find good fried fish in Cobb. I ordered the fried whiting with sides of collards and rice n beans. The fish was fried and seasoned perfectly, not salty at all. The rice and beans were the best I ever had. I wonder if they sell a pint size of the rice and beans. The collards were good, too. I loved the food, a good value for the money. I will definitely stop by the next time I'm in that part of town.“

“The grounds of the restaurant has a grand feel. The patio area has an inviting botanical theme. The outside hostess was cordial upon our reservation arrival and departure. Our drinks were good and sweet, not watered down. My food was brought out quickly by a handsome guy. I've eaten in New Orleans before and the interior and the waitstaff attire was reminded me of it. Our waitress Truselle asked if it was our first time there, which it was. She was very friendly and helpful. She was thanked and tipped for her hospitality (left a note on the bill). I enjoyed the experience!“

“I was in Panama City for a jazz festival and had the pleasure of eating this New Orleans cuisine and it was excellent, customer service was wonderful. The owner was wonderful. If you are ever in Atlanta, please stop by because the food is excellent.“

“The fih real good (A1).. but it's high and you only gone get a biscuit with it.. if you want a meal, gone head and add $2 .. you gone pay $9 and up for everything here. The Cajun rice dry with no seasoning.. haven't tried the other sides..the dude at the counter cool too but don't take too long to order cause you might get that look??.. overall I rate it 8/10 but the fih is a 10/10 and I think it's Sway“

“If this is your first time, you should try the combination plate comes with one snow crab cluster two potatoes, two corn and a lot of shrimp for $28 out the door. It is a little expensive because it only comes with one crab cluster & giant potatoes but the seasoning is definitely worth your time.“

“Definitely recommend the Chicken & Shrimp Hibachi Plate and Vegetable Spring Roll . The Chicken & Shrimp Hibachi Plate is a very large serving so enough for at least 2 meals. The containers were wrapped tight and double bagged to reduce leaks.“
