Papa John's in Alpharetta

“I’ve been ordering from this location for years and I never really praise them for their service. I don’t know the managers name but he always seems to be in. He’s so nice and his staff is always friendly. The store is really run very well. The pizza is so consistently good. I usually get pick up and I just can’t say enough good things about this location. They’re awesome. I just wanted to let it be known that they are great all around.“

“Very confused why the delivery drivers don't seem to grasp the concept of no-contact delivery. The last two pizzas I've ordered I've selected the no-contact option, due to health reasons, and the drivers STILL wait at my door and hand me the pizza themselves. I'm okay if they step a few feet back but I do not want them handing me the pizza directly if I select no-contact delivery. I appreciate them for the swift deliveries, and for being pleasant people, but no-contact delivery should not even be an option if they're not going to do it properly.“

“We’ve been ordering from this Papa John’s location for years… tonight we were expecting our regular experience (good but not great), however when the right people are in place everything is just better. Shout out to Calvin and the wonderful young lady that made our pizzas tonight! Pizza’s were prepared the best they could be, with properly placed ingredients, a ‘just right’ amount of toppings, and a spot on bake. This is the type of experience that deserved the equal review. “Original order never arrived, I called the store and they made me pay for the pizzas a second time and said door dash would have to refund the pizzas and drinks. I didn't order from DD. I eventually spoke to the district manager, Ashleigh, and she took care of refunds and told me that she would have a credit at the store to make up for the problem. Ashleigh did exactly what should have been done in the first place. Thank you Ashleigh for working it out!“
