Edible pie when it's cold. My pizza was fresh out of the oven, but the crust was tough, not crispy or soft. That indicates that there is probably something wrong with the dough.
This is the worst Papa Johns ive been to. The customer service is awful. How do the employees & manger get upset when they miss your order TWICE?! My pizza orders are always simple & im kind to everyone. I expect the same.
This Papa John’s location seriously needs to take a closer look at its leadership and the way employees are being treated. I’m not sure of the name or position of the woman who appears to be in a leadership or management role, but on multiple occasions I have personally witnessed her yelling at other employees in a way that comes across as completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
