“The food is great, no doubt—but what brought me to this survey is your incredible staff. Mrs. Kivvy, Jasmine, and the entire team (some extremely kind and absolute professionals whose name I sadly didn't get) at PLK #3121 (2691 Windy Hill Rd SE, Marietta, GA 30067) are truly exceptional.
I buy Popeyes daily, and even though I pass other locations on my way home, I drive past them just to come to this branch. Why? Because this team is extraordinarily polite, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want. Every visit feels like being served by family—their kindness, genuine smiles, and warm welcome never fail to make my day.
