“Stopped by Popeyes on Moreland Avenue for lunch and had another great experience. The blackened tenders were absolutely outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Easily some of the best fast-food chicken around.
I also want to give a shoutout to the gentleman working the drive-thru during lunch (I believe his name was Travis). He was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude that made the whole experience even better. Customer service like that is hard to find these days and definitely deserves recognition.

I have been to many Popeyes over the years, but never, have I left an establishment as happy and satisfied as I did this location.
As I walked in the door, I was greeted with the most wonderful smile from Keinosha. She was extremely friendly and accommodating as were the rest of the team!!!!!
I found out that this location is there corporate store where all the training is done- so it might seem like there is a new face every time you come in, but that is not something to worry about as they are doing an excellent job at the store!

“We came back because we had a great experience last time; tonigth was amazing also. Friendly employees and also friendly when communicate with each other. Our meal was hot and fresh, delicious, not greasy, crispy fluffy crust, employees wahing hands, clean broom and dust pan, sanitizer buckets visible, employees uniform looked good. “It's insane to me that the best Popeye's I've ever been to is in an airport. Even before we had our food, I was so thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the staff. But then, on top of that, the food was also the best tasting Popeye's we've ever had.“

“The employees — especially Ms. Virginia, the manager, and Nicole, our cashier — truly made our visit amazing. The lobby closed at 10, and we walked in at 9:55 with a girls flag football team. Ms. Virginia didn’t hesitate to accommodate us, and the entire staff was patient and kind. Even after dealing with a hostile customer right before taking our order, they remained professional, welcoming, and respectful.
We genuinely enjoyed our time here, and we couldn’t be more proud of our team for experiencing such great service.“

“I just know this manager here is ALWAYS very sweet & helpful. I was a lil sad hanging my head low on the way out because I was told there weren’t any mild tenders & she went straight to the back after seeing me looking down & made sure to see that I got the food I was looking for. I appreciate that because she coulda let me go on bout my day. I really love Popeyes, one of the only places I eat fast food from. So when I do want some I really want it! Thank you my love! “Ms. Lamika at the front register was so kind. You can tell when someone is just doing their job and going through the motions. Ms. Lamika truly speaks with such welcoming kindness. Nothing is scripted. She is genuine and professional. As a first time guest, she was so accommodating and helpful. I would also like to add the Mr. Dan also at the front area helping with filling the orders, is also very professional and kind. It is not often that one can say that the food was beyond delicious... it was out of this world. I get it now. I understand the craze about their chicken sandwich. With that said, I would like to thank the crew behind the scenes who never get noticed. Well, I noticed all of you. Excellent team work. The store was amazingly clean. Nothing was out of stock. Floors spotless, tables actually clean and waiting. Nothing was just wiped down with a dirty rag. I watched them clean each area as if it was reserved for their mothers. Ms. Lamika, again, I want to say thank you for your hospitality during my visit.“
“This is my favorite Popeyes! Freshly Fried and large pieces. Delicious! Friendly staff....BUT... I order mild chicken; STOP loading us up on hot sauce packages. I'm throwing away 10 to 20 packets per visit. WASTEFUL with the condiments!“
“I did not pay attention to where this location was but came here because of rating. The cashier was super nice and accommodating. I would totally go out of my way to come to the food court mall and get Popeyes because of this experience. Food was good and we got it quick!“
