“Many people are quick to drop bad reviews. I had to stop & run tonight to do a review on my visit and experience with Farah. I don’t know if I spelled that right. From the time I walked in the door, she greeted me with a smile. She attentively took my order. She communicated to her teammates. She was extremely upbeat and could tell she enjoyed her work. It was such A refreshing dinner and I’m glad I stopped by. She def deserves a raise for the outstanding service she is providing.“
“The food was not ready after placing order on line to be prepared by the time arrive which when I did no service was not acknowledged after making a few orders folks walked in walk out in minutes after waiting still for food chicken was not cooked fully some boneless and tenders was not done store dirty employees complaining about they ready to go home and making comments as if we asked them to showe up for the shift you applied for the services at most Popeyes is terrible need to revamp the customer service skills“
