“UPDATE (June 2023): There’s a problem with the workers coming to work when scheduledat this Popeyes. I went inside of the restaurant to place my order today and observed the manager announcing that they are short staffed and asked the customers to be patient as their orders are placed. I also spoke with an employee who said that some of their employees just get a job to say they have a job but don’t come to work, or they call in so they end up being short handed. They worked very hard to make sure my order was correct and the manager and the employees (who are responsible enough to bother to come to work) did an excellent job with my order. For that, I give them 5 stars.I have gone at different times of the day and yes it’s been crowded and there’s only one road. Just so y’all know, ALL the Popeyes in the Atlanta area —yes I’ve been to different ones, have similar issues *meaning lines wrapped around the building* during peak hours. Anyway my experience has always been the staff are very kind, the building was clean (inside and outside), and the food was good. I will update as needed.Parking: Try parking and ordering inside the restaurant if that’s an option for you.“
“First, got what I exactly ordered. No shortcuts on that. Secondly, while In the restaurant, seen others ordering whether it be food delivery services or personal reasons, cashier looked at me once finished with the customer and while steeping up to the register, she walked away haha. And never came back thought that was hilarious but no bad feelings. Another team member came and took my order and made sure my order was fresh and hot. Per my experience I would definitely go back, thanks for reading.Parking: Once drive thru is packed traffic becomes congested.“
