“Ms Nesha was great. She had an issue with her drive thru and she still accommodated each of her customers with ease. She was short staffed and was very nice and patient with each of her customers. The chicken sandwich went down very fast😂

“Updated October 2026. All I can say is WOW!, What a difference, the staff has changed and the service and quality has fallen to a low that I can't believe...The last two visits the tenders were definitely not fresh, chewy and hard. I won't be back, I did try the Suwanee location and even though it's a 25 minute drive, that's where I'll go when I get a craving for delicious chicken.

first time at this location. They were a little shorthanded and told me it'd take a little longer. Because they told me ahead of time I didn't mind. Staff was very friendly and the chicken was excellent, chicken fil a, Huey Magoos, or Bojangles can't compare.“
“Very satisfied with their food quality. I've had other Popeyes that were pretty bad and didn't taste good, but this one was different. The food was great and the service was good. The atmosphere just wasn't that friendly but who really cares if your getting Popeyes to be honest.“
“The young man behind the counter was very respectful and pleasant to work with, when I made my order, he let me know about a promotion that offered me a better deal on the same order. The entire store was clean, even the mathematics bathrooms. I was skeptical to go in at first. Because I read several reviews that were negative. But when I drove around by the driver window, I saw they had a hundred inspection score, so I decided to go in. I'm glad I did. This is one of the best experiences I've had at a popeye's.“
