“I just want to say I didn't place an order with this location but I had a couple questions and the Popeyes near me wasn't answering the phone so I called this Popeyes and I talked to a WONDERFUL Lady named Kimberly (Manager) when I tell you she was a breath of fresh air, very informative, and showed the best Customer Service! Thanks Kimberly! People are so quick to post the negative but never the positive and this was definitely a positive 😉 I would go to and refer this location just because of her!“
“I had a really disappointing experience at this Popeyes. I ordered a combo that was supposed to come with fries, but when I got my food, there were no fries in the bag at all. On top of that, the chicken I did receive was completely burnt and barely edible.
What made the situation worse was the customer service at the drive-through speaker. The staff member was rude, impatient, and didn’t seem to care about getting the order right. It felt like they were rushing me instead of actually listening.
Overall, this visit was frustrating from start to finish. Between the missing food, poor quality, and bad service, I definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.“
