Very disappointed in my service and my food, very slow, and rude. I didn’t get my complete order and they offered to only replace what was missing after I waited in line for 20 minutes ……. Do not recommend ‼
Customer service is good, food is hot and fresh, managers always treat me with respect 🙏 ❤
First i was tired and just wanted some Popeyes. The food was good however we were missing all the sauces i ordered the raspberry cheesecake cup didn't get it i ordered a strawberry unsweet tea no ice. Full of ice and sweet. Other than that chicken tenders and wings were good.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with staff who treat customers like family. The food is consistently hot and good, making it a popular spot for many. The managers are courteous, thank customers, and often engage in friendly conversations, creating a positive experience. However, wait times can be a concern, as customers sometimes wait over 10 minutes for items like fries or a biscuit, and there are occasional issues with order accuracy, such as receiving small cups instead of large. Despite these delays, the staff, including managers, handle situations professionally and with good energy, apologizing and making things right. The drive-thru features an AI-operated machine for taking orders, which is convenient but does not reduce the wait time. Overall, customers appreciate the friendly service and good food, and many plan to return in the future.
