Since these the automatic order takers they don't pay attention to front counter.I waited 10 minutes for a door dash order after I told the first girl and then another girl came over 10 minutes later to tell me they don't have the order.My time is precious not to be wasted

Today, the tall darkskin boy with locs at the drive-thru made an extremely disrespectful "joke" towards me and became argumentative when confronted. A simple apology would've sufficed but he decided to escalate the situation. Manager (short lightskin woman) was present & did not seem to care, even reiterating that the employee was "joking"...so that means its okay? Intent vs impact. This McDonald's gets on my nerves every time I go there.... When you pull up at the drive-thru Youre literally waiting for several minutes until you hear somebody greet you through the speaker and believe you me it's not a greeting..... It's often someone who's not happy that you're there and serving you is a burdensome task.... You don't feel welcome .... In comparison whenever I go to a McDonald's in Cobb county or Buckhead the atmosphere is a lot better..... We all know why......read full review
