Since these the automatic order takers they don't pay attention to front counter.I waited 10 minutes for a door dash order after I told the first girl and then another girl came over 10 minutes later to tell me they don't have the order.My time is precious not to be wasted

Today, the tall darkskin boy with locs at the drive-thru made an extremely disrespectful "joke" towards me and became argumentative when confronted. A simple apology would've sufficed but he decided to escalate the situation. Manager (short lightskin woman) was present & did not seem to care, even reiterating that the employee was "joking"...so that means its okay? Intent vs impact. I spend too much money here to be insulted to my face unprovoked & then be treated like I'm not supposed to have feelings or I'm annoying for defending myself. Corporate needs to do a clean-up at this location & fast because the next person might not choose peace like I did.

This McDonald's gets on my nerves every time I go there.... When you pull up at the drive-thru Youre literally waiting for several minutes until you hear somebody greet you through the speaker and believe you me it's not a greeting..... It's often someone who's not happy that you're there and serving you is a burdensome task.... You don't feel welcome .... In comparison whenever I go to a McDonald's in Cobb county or Buckhead the atmosphere is a lot better..... We all know why... don't we.... What's the difference between a McDonald's restaurant in the ghetto and a McDonald's restaurant in a middle class area......??

Went to drive thru. Nobody answered at the call box so I went to the window and explained that. The person said I could not place an order at the window, so I drove off. That is the last this location will see of me and my business.
Whats the point of opening at 6 and then telling people they can’t come in at 7. Family and I wasted our time coming here. Thankfully Waffle House was nearby.

The absolute worst McDonalds anywhere. The worst service. Food looks like it has just been thrown together. Any day you go it’s a problem. They don’t take cash, no ice, the specials aren’t ringing up properly, no chicken products. I refuse to do business with that place.
