Ordered a pizza online @ 5 PM. Received a notification that the pizza was ready @ 5:24 PM. Arrived at the location at 5:35 PM. The pizza was not ready and was told that it would be another 10 minutes. No thanks, I will go somewhere else.
I advise against patronizing this particular Marco’s Pizza establishment. My repeated visits have been marred by subpar service. Despite affording them a second opportunity, the service failed to exhibit any amelioration. During my most recent encounter, having placed an online order at 10 am, the meal was not prepared until slightly after 12:30 pm. Even in the initial instance, a 45-minute advance call did not spare me from an additional 30-minute wait upon retrieving the order....read full review
