Ordered a pizza online @ 5 PM. Received a notification that the pizza was ready @ 5:24 PM. Arrived at the location at 5:35 PM. The pizza was not ready and was told that it would be another 10 minutes. No thanks, I will go somewhere else.

I advise against patronizing this particular Marco’s Pizza establishment. My repeated visits have been marred by subpar service. Despite affording them a second opportunity, the service failed to exhibit any amelioration. During my most recent encounter, having placed an online order at 10 am, the meal was not prepared until slightly after 12:30 pm. Even in the initial instance, a 45-minute advance call did not spare me from an additional 30-minute wait upon retrieving the order. Regrettably, this venue does not warrant future patronage. This location deserves a one star in service.

This is the first time I have ordered over the phone due to the fact that when you walk in to order it takes a while due to lack of staff. The service over the phone was great I was expecting nothing to go wrong. I send my boyfriend to pick up the pizza and he comes back with a pizza that is clearly not mine. I ordered an xl and got a large. I ordered a deluxe and got a pizza with meat and no vegetables. I don't even want it at this point.
I have been ordering from Marco’s for a long time now, as it is convenient and the pizza and service used to be really good! More recently, the service and quality and presentation of the food has declined significantly. The people who work there barely greet you, and sometimes take far too long to even acknowledge you. They throw your pizza together however they see fit.. It might be over baked one day, missing toppings the next, or the toppings will just be carelessly thrown onto your pizza. The past 3 times that I have ordered from Marco’s, I have been displeased. The last time I ordered from there, I took a picture because the pizza was over baked. It was disgusting! And this past time, I took a photo for even more obvious reasons. And also, the store sometimes does not appear clean and/or orderly. I tried calling to speak with a Manager today, but I was immediately placed on hold without advising of the reason for my call.. I didn’t have time to hold.. I really hope they get it together, because I was love to continue patronizing Marco’s!

This location is hit or miss. I think it has to do with the frequent change in employees. The service was decent. I was not greeted when I walked into the location, but the young lady was not rude when I spoke. I wish the prep area was a little cleaner, but their posted score is a 90.

Waited 45 min (no exaggeration) for cheese bread that was over cooked. NO ONE was wearing gloves and (I'm assuming it was shift change) didn't see anyone going into the back wash their hands before touching the food.
